Before anything else - and this is important to understand, IF you did not Sign Up nor Choose a Plan nor provided Payment Information then WE DO NOT HAVE YOUR INFORMATION SAVED IN OUR DATABASE.
There are two (2) ways to delete your data...
1. Delete by yourself
a. Sign In to your account using the email address you used to register. Once inside you will land on the Dashboard (My Account page).
b. In the Dashboard (My Account page) click the Account Settings tab.
c. In the Account Settings tab, scroll down to Subscription Settings and click on Delete.
d. A pop-up will appear to make sure you are sure. If you're really sure click Yes, delete it!
2. Get help to delete by contacting us.
We'd be glad to help you delete your data. Please send to the Customer Support Team the below details:
- eMail address used to register in passportusa.org
- last four (4) digits of the credit/debit card used to register in passportusa.org
